Hong Kong Academy was recently listed as a finalist in the Spark for Good Awards 2022. These awards honour the generosity, determination and imagination of charities, fundraisers and the companies that support them. Finalists were nominated to one of seven categories and judged by an independent panel based on the impact and creativity of their fundraising campaigns. Speakers and panellists reflected upon the rapidly evolving nature of the philanthropy landscape over the last 50 years, and noted how Hong Kong society at large continues to steadfastly support a wide array of social enterprise and non-profit projects.
Congratulations to ImpactHK, Pathfinders, Deutsche Bank, Li Po Chun United World College, Citi Asia Trading Strategies, Cora and Mary, Alex Jen and team, and the Wall family for your winning projects! And a big thanks to Sparkraise for organising this inspirational event, honouring non-profit community champions and continuing to encourage us in our endeavours.
