HKA kicked off our 20th anniversary by taking the opportunity to celebrate our past, honour our present and embrace our future. The event brought together a range of voices, perspectives and experiences, with each participant sharing stories which highlighted some of the many ways that HKA is a special place. As a dynamic learning community, we appreciate how each student, parent, teacher, staff member and board member plays an important role in our growth and success now and will continue to do so in the years ahead. Their belief in our mission and commitment to our core values ensure that we can provide meaningful and significant learning experiences for our students. Thank you to our 20th anniversary steering committee which has designed a wide range of events, activities and installations that will help us pay tribute to the first 20 years of HKA, both this school year and well into the future.
The launch was presented over livestream enabling our global community to come together. Students, faculty and staff tuned in from every classroom, whilst parents, alumni and former families and faculty watched from homes and offices in Hong Kong and overseas.
