Our end of year Staff Appreciation Event is a time honoured tradition at HKA and this year’s event did not disappoint. Featuring a variety of live and virtual community performances, the event culminated with a showing of this beautiful original poem entitled “Thank You a Million Times”.
The poem is a fantastic example of HKA’s community spirit. Over 50 families contributed ideas which were taken by a parent/student writing team and skillfully shaped into the final lines for the poem. Community enthusiasm for the project stayed high as we quickly moved into production, with over 100 heartwarming video submissions received in just five days. Thank you to everyone who contributed to make this project happen, and thank you to our wonderful HKA faculty and staff!
