What is the Green Monday Initiative?

In addition to our daily vegetarian options, HKA serves only vegetarian meals on Mondays.

Green Monday is an initiative in which eating plant-based one day a week shows our commitment to promote good health and wellbeing and reduces our carbon footprint.
