At Hong Kong Academy we look to our mission as the driver of our shared purpose. Updated in 2023 to reflect where the school is today and where it aspires to be in the future, the mission serves as a guidepost and foundation for all our efforts to provide exceptional educational opportunities to our students.
HKA Strategy
Hong Kong Academy’s strategy reflects our beliefs and values as a non-profit international school. Anchored in our mission, the strategy serves as a guide and roadmap identifying school-wide priorities which frame our dialogue both educationally and operationally, prioritising how we seek to move forward and providing a common language to articulate our goals and generate evidence of success. Through the dual processes of our most recent IB authorisation and CIS/WASC accreditation the HKA community engaged in a two year cycle of data gathering, reflection and analysis. From this work the board, Head of School and leadership team identified three strategic priorities which will shape our growth for the next 3-5 years.
