Playgroup Experience
Our Playgroup programme is for 2 year olds and ONE accompanying adult. For this hands-on shared learning experience, our Early Childhood educators have adapted the International Baccalaureate framework to stimulate young minds and support children as makers of their own meaning. Take advantage of a FREE 1 hour condensed taster session!
Age: 3 - 5 years old
Early Childhood Experience
Children will enjoy a specialist teacher session and then team up with a parent to engage in an hour long Little Explorer project. Designed to spark curiosity and questioning skills, Little Explorers will take place both in the classrooms and in our outdoor playscapes and gardens. Complimentary fruit snack is provided, please bring your own water bottles.
Age: 6 - 9 years old
Primary School Experience
Children will begin with a co-curricular activity while parents take a school tour. Families will then join together to participate in a 90 minute hands-on STEAM challenge which will stimulate critical thinking, problem solving and design skills. Complimentary snack provided, please bring your own water bottles.
Age: 10 - 13 years old
Secondary School Experience
Children will participate in two faculty-led workshops and one co-curricular activity of their choice whilst parents will learn about our secondary school programme, meet our faculty and take a tour of our award-winning sustainable campus. Complimentary snack provided, please bring your own water bottles.
Age: 14 - 16 years old
Secondary School Experience
Families will start the day with a tour of our award-winning sustainable campus. Teens will then participate in two faculty-led workshops and spend time with current HKA students to learn about student life whilst parents will meet with faculty to learn about our secondary school programme. Complimentary snacks provided, please bring your own water bottles.

- Drinks and snacks available for purchase on campus.
- Please submit ONE registration form per child. Every child must be accompanied by at least one adult, maximum of 2 adults per child registered.
- Please note that child participants should be at least 18 months old by 28th March, 2026.
- HKA takes photographs and videos during on campus events for use in our publications, website and social media channels. If you DO NOT grant permission for your image (or your child's image) to be used for these purposes, please email us in advance of exploration day at admissions@hkacademy.edu.hk.
